Margaret Cook is also the named author of the editorial articles on this site. Editorial responsibility is described in full in our editorial policy.

3. Purpose of the website

solaten.online publishes editorial information in English about the video game Crossout. It sells nothing, it takes no orders, it operates no account system and it hosts no user-generated content. It is funded by advertising, as set out in section 5.

4. Trademarks and third-party rights

Crossout and all associated names, logos, marks and imagery are the property of their respective owners. Crossout is developed by Targem Games and published by Gaijin Entertainment.

solaten.online is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to Targem Games, Gaijin Entertainment or any associated company. Trademarks are referred to on this site solely to identify the game that is being discussed, which is descriptive use and does not imply any commercial relationship.

5. Advertising and affiliate relationships

This site carries advertising. Links and buttons marked partner link lead, through an affiliate network, to the official Crossout website. If a reader registers with the advertiser after following such a link, the publisher may receive a commission. This costs the reader nothing extra.

Commercial links are disclosed in three places: a permanent bar at the top of every page, a disclosure box immediately below the heading of every page that carries them, and a label and note at each individual link.

6. Intellectual property in the site itself

The text, page layout, stylesheet and all illustrations and diagrams on this website are original works created for solaten.online and are the property of DKA tours, s.r.o., except for the third-party marks referred to in section 4. The diagrams are original vector drawings; no screenshots, stock photographs or third-party images are used anywhere on this site.

Reproduction of substantial parts of this site without prior written permission is not permitted. Short quotations with a clear attribution and a link to the source page are welcome.

7. Personal data

This website sets no cookies and collects no personal data from visitors through the pages themselves. The privacy policy describes the only two exceptions — technical web server logs and any email you choose to send us — and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

8. Liability for content and for links

The editorial content of this site is prepared with care, but Crossout is a live product whose rules and economy change frequently. No warranty is given that the information here is complete or current at the moment you read it. Where this site and the game's publisher disagree, the publisher's own information prevails.

This site links to external websites over whose content the publisher has no control. Responsibility for the content of a linked site rests with its own operator. Should the publisher become aware that a linked page is unlawful, the link will be removed.

9. Applicable law and dispute resolution

This website and this notice are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which a reader is resident are not affected by this choice.

The competent out-of-court dispute resolution body for consumer disputes in the Czech Republic is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), www.coi.cz. Note that the European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform ceased to operate in July 2025 and is therefore no longer available.
