The short version: this website does not track you. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads nothing from any other server and builds no profile of you. The only personal data that exists at all is what your browser has to send in order to receive a page, plus anything you choose to put in an email to us. The rest of this page explains that properly.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller for this website, within the meaning of Article 4(7) of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”), is:

We are not required to appoint a data protection officer, and we have not appointed one. Data protection enquiries go to the email address above and are handled by the publisher.

2. What this site does not do

Stated plainly, because it is unusual enough to be worth stating:

• No cookies of any kind — not analytics cookies, not advertising cookies, not “essential” cookies. The site sends no Set-Cookie header.
• No browser storage — no localStorage, no sessionStorage, no IndexedDB. The JavaScript on this site does not contain those calls.
• No analytics — no Google Analytics, no Matomo, no server-side analytics product, no heatmaps, no session recording.
• No advertising pixels or tags — no Meta pixel, no Google or Microsoft advertising tags, no conversion beacons.
• No fingerprinting — we do not read canvas, fonts, hardware characteristics or any other signal to identify your device.
• No third-party requests — no web fonts, no CDN, no remote images, no embedded videos, no social widgets. Every file a page loads comes from solaten.online itself.
• No contact form, no newsletter, no accounts, no comments. There is nowhere on this site to submit personal data, which is why our contact page lists an email address and a postal address instead of a form.

Because none of the above exists, no consent banner is required and none is shown. A banner would be asking your permission for something we are not doing.

3. The two things that do involve personal data

3.1 Web server logs

Like every web server, ours records the requests it serves. Each entry contains your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the HTTP status, the amount of data sent, the referring URL if your browser sent one, and your browser's user agent string.

3.2 Email you send us

If you write to info@solaten.online, we necessarily receive your email address and whatever you put in the message.

• PurposeReading and answering your message.
• Legal basisArticle 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence) or, where your message concerns a legal claim or a data protection request, Article 6(1)(c).
• RetentionKept while the matter is open and for as long as we may need it to show how we dealt with it, then deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
• RecipientsThe publisher and the responsible editor. Not shared further.

4. Partner links and what happens when you follow one

This site carries advertising. When you click a link marked partner link, you leave solaten.online and arrive at an affiliate network's redirect, which sends you on to the official Crossout website.

Two things are worth being precise about:

• Nothing is set on your device before you click. We do not drop an identifier on you in advance, and merely reading this site puts you in contact with no advertising company.
• Once you click, the destination is outside our control. The affiliate network and the advertiser have their own privacy practices and will typically set their own cookies or identifiers in order to attribute the click. That processing is theirs, carried out under their own policies, and we are not the controller of it. If you prefer not to take part, do not follow the partner links — the whole of this site is readable without ever clicking one.

Our own script on this page copies advertising parameters that are already in this page's address bar (for example a click identifier appended by an ad platform that sent you here) onto the outgoing link, so the click can be attributed. It writes nothing to your device and sends nothing anywhere; it only edits the address of a link you may or may not choose to click.

5. Where your data goes

The website is served from within the European Union, and the personal data described in section 3 is processed there. We carry out no transfer of personal data to a third country. Should that ever change, this policy will be updated before it does.

6. Automated decision-making

There is none. We do not profile you, we do not segment you and we take no automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

7. Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly process the personal data of anyone under 16. Given that we collect nothing beyond a server log entry, no age-specific processing takes place.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing, portability, and to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent you may withdraw it at any time, though as explained above we do not rely on consent for anything on this site.

In practice, please note: because we keep no visitor database and no identifiers, we normally have no way to connect a request to a particular person's browsing. If you ask us for a copy of your data and all that exists is an IP address in a log that will be deleted within a fortnight, we will tell you so honestly rather than manufacture a file.

To exercise any right, write to info@solaten.online. We will respond within one month, as required by Article 12(3) GDPR.

9. Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU Member State where you live or work. The supervisory authority for the publisher is the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), www.uoou.cz.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new date at the top. We will not quietly start collecting something and leave this page saying otherwise.

11. Verify it yourself

You do not have to take any of this on trust. The cookie policy explains, step by step, how to check in your own browser that this site sets no cookies, writes no storage and contacts no third party.
